“Unfulfilling duties and terrible customer support
I love the kits from this company that are sold by local retailers. It was decided to order a set from the official site, made order #5069, everything was fine, but the post office turned it around at the Chinese border. They promised to send the order again, but after that they started to ignore any messages to the mail, I wrote from different mailboxes 4 times, but there were no answers about a new order or return money. I had to make charge-back procedure through the bank, as the attitude to the client as scam organizations. Total disappointment in the company and customer support”
