“Once again I’m disappointed. I ordered the V2 thong and got a jockstrap. I’m still waiting on my two previous orders to be sent. I’ve been reading reviews and it seems y’all have been giving complimentary products for the inconvenience and untimely delivery of peoples orders. How do I qualify for this? Do I need to write some unfavorable reviews of y’all? Just let me know how and when I should expect my unfulfilled orders.”

“Underwear are GREAT.... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!! I order a pack to try them out. Loved them. Ordered enough to fill my drawer and accidently ordered the wrong style. Returned the items using the label they sent me and reached out to let them know it has been delivered and still not recieving any return messages from anyone.”

“I purchased a three-pack of men's trunks. They arrived in a very timely fashion one day prior to the expected delivery date. The fit is perfect! I have a 36-inch waist and got the men's large size. I was worried they would be tight but they fit very comfortably without any sense of tightness. The pouch size is quite comfortable and "flattering". I have no doubt I will be ordering more as my other older underwear wears out.”

“My original order did not ship. I called after 1 month of not receiving my delivery. Once I had provided my invoice number did they ship it. I ordered Jan 7th and received it at my residence on 3/14”
