“Poor experience. Two shipments failed to arrive: one was lost in transit; the other returned to sender. Neither package made it out of the Netherlands to the UK. No response to emails. I resorted to FB messenger where they were quite responsive and friendly, but no explanations were given for the issues. I had to keep chasing. Having waited almost 3 weeks for my shipments, I asked for a discount as a gesture of goodwill before ordering for a 3rd time, but they refused. So I gave up and requested a full refund. It shouldn't be this difficult or time consuming.”
