“This is pure genius! I recently purchased the Fawssit R3000 Recliner portable shower for my home-bound mother who is blind and wheelchair bound. Because of her disabilities she no longer has the capacity to use her compact shower stall and has been receiving sponge baths from family members for the last year. Upon researching our options we ran across the portable shower from Fawsitt and decided to take a chance. The unit came with all necessary parts and was extremely easy to assemble. Although we intend to leave the unit fully assembled in a designated area it folds brilliantly and will be easy enough to transport to my sister’s house when mom stays with her. Upon realizing much longer hoses would be needed in order to reach our water source, we contacted Hans at Fawssit who, after discussing our unique situation, quickly and most generously provided everything we needed to get our unit up and running. The quick connect adapter fit the sink securely with no leaks or spraying water at the faucet. Because we have good strong water pressure at the sink we had no trouble achieving a good, steady, wide rainfall of water from the shower head even at 40 feet. The pressure from the shower head is strong enough to quickly rinse away soap and shampoo yet gentle enough to not harm fragile, elderly skin. The drain pan attaches easily to the frame with velcro strips and is deep enough and sturdy enough to keep water from escaping. The powerful drain pump quickly expelled the water despite the long distance to our drain source. I am so happy we found the Fawssit portable shower along with the Shower Buddy reclining shower wheelchair that fits perfectly inside the unit. This combination has been a complete game-changer in mom’s personal care routine. Thanks to Hans and the entire Fawssit team, mom is once again able to enjoy a full body shower while maintaining her safety and dignity while greatly reducing the risk of rashes, infections, and other complications that exist with bed baths. It’s wonderful to hear mom continually express how much she enjoys her nice relaxing stress-free spa-time experience and we are so grateful to have finally found a solution that allows us to keep mom at home instead of having to rely on a nursing facility or state services. “I am paralyzed and use an electric wheelchair throughout the day , which brings me to the need of the use of this shower. I have been using the stand up shower for about 8 years now. I have only needed to replace the shower frame one time and that was because of a large move. That being said the shower frame and all of the pieces that come with it are very durable and can handle daily use, with care, for years. The quality of the shower system is excellent, starting from the frame to the suction motor, the shower curtain and the metal curtain hangers. Everything is really good quality and is meant to last a very long time. When I have called the number to get help I've actually spoken to the owner once or twice. He is very genuine, kind and has 10/ 10 customer service! I highly recommend these Shower systems.”
