"FRAUD!! SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I\u2019d like to give negative 50 stars to be honest. Forked out $189 in October 2021 for a drone & accessories that never even arrived. Liaised with their customer service (no service whatsoever) who informed me eventually in January 2022 that they would be in touch to organise a refund. Then after numerous further emails from me asking what was happening I received \u201cWe are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you\r\ndue to some issue we are not able to refund the amount to you.\u201d in February 2022. WTAF??"

"This is what I've just e-mailed to them....\r\nI have received the 3 phones I ordered today - well, actually NO, I haven\u2019t. I ordered 3 UPhones and have received 3 ONE PHONEs instead. (I\u2019ve only opened one but am assuming the others are the same.) These can be bought for half the price I paid for the UPhones so this is what is going to happen:\r\n\r\n1. You are going to send me a postage paid return label for all 3 phones.\r\n\r\n2. You are going to send me a full and immediate refund of every penny I paid.\r\n\r\n3. I am going to start writing reviews now and will do so everyday until I receive the full refund.\r\n\r\n4. If I don\u2019t hear from you within 48 hours, I\u2019m going to refer it immediately to my credit card company.\r\n\r\nAnd I will update this review every day. I'm usually so careful online but this time didn't stop to read the reviews. How stupid!"

"HyperSCAM. RUN don\u2019t walk away from Hyperstech. They don\u2019t even pretend to be legit. Why PayPal sullies its reputation with these cons is beyond me. I ordered an Oxybreath Pro N95 face mask in February and received a complete piece of junk in May. Photos show the mask delivered in no way is the mask ordered. "
