“Let me preface that I tried the growth system without any success so I cancelled my subscription without any issues. I continue to purchase the shampoo and conditioner because I love the way my wisps look and feel afterwards. AND because every time I've dealt with CS, my experience has been positive. Very positive and sincere. I like their web site. I receive texts with sale alerts. And the bottles have a pleasing design (purchased pumps to fit the bottles for easier access). What's not to like?”

“I ordered some shampoos and conditioners on November 27th 2024 but didn’t receive them till 3 weeks after, I called your customer service , the lady said I will get them in 4 days! But after 5 days I have to call back due to I didn’t receive anything! Unfortunately I have to cancel the order. I like your product but service no good!”

“Used Keranique and my thin hair started to grow. Then I got Covid and lost most of my good results. I tried another product but didn't get the results I got with Keranique. So I'm back to the Keranique hair growth product and seeing results by the short hair that is coming in on the top of my head (my problem area). I'm happy.”
