“Business has potential but made a bad choice in their method of courier. They advertise using Royal Mail or DPD but use Evri. I ordered an item. It sat with Evri never to arrive. Seller sent a replacement only for Evri to return it to seller. Complete was of my time. Avoid.”

These people completely rip you off so beware, I purchased a Bosch hand blender beaker, when it arrived it did not resemble the photo in any way was a very cheap and much smaller alternative. Cannot contact them as they won’t reply hence will not send a returns label or refund.

“Bought a replacement handle for my fridge which failed after 9 months. Avoid buying from this company as they won't refund you or ship a replacement after 3 months have passed. Genuine manufacturers parts? - Don't believe it! You get what you pay for I suppose. AVOID if you want things to last.”
