“I ordered a replacement dishwasher tray which turned out not to fit the washing machine. I returned it and was assured by the company that I would be refunded, but after 5 months and repeated messaging, I have not received the refund.”

From our experiance and given the damage to the box that it came in we believe that the damage was caused while in transit by the courier . After contacting the seller a replacement was sent but this was also found to be damaged as was the box it was delivered in . This scenario was repeated twice more before we eventually received the crisper draw in perfect condition . In our opinion the seller went the extra mile and provided excellent service .”

The diary information on the GENUINE items is missing. We particularly ordered that product in preference to others, was it matched the one being replaced, whereas the cheaper items did not. “This company is a shambles. Ordered two items off amazon on different days and have need fighting for nearly a month for refunds. It's bad enough you have to pay £3 for your return but then they do not want to refund it. The first item I had to go Amazon to get a refund and the second one is heading that way too. Left a negative review on ebay only to be accused of being unreasonable and ignoring messages (checked all email inboxes and never received any plus I asked for screenshot that they sent them which they never provided). Told me I had to wait for it to be manufactured in Turkey which would be another 2 weeks. Had to take it up with ebay to get my money back after they blocked me from messaging or interacting with the store. Avoid!”

The oven shelf was supposed to be the right one for the model of my Miele oven but it didn’t fit. I sent it back but didn’t get a refund. I sent the proof of posting to both Shop4 spares and EBay but got no response from either. I paid Evri for the privilege of sending it back too!”

“If I could have reviewed it hour even one star I would. These people completely rip you off so beware, I purchased a Bosch hand blender beaker, when it arrived it did not resemble the photo in any way was a very cheap and much smaller alternative. Cannot contact them as they won’t reply hence will not send a returns label or refund.

“Bought a replacement handle for my fridge which failed after 9 months. Avoid buying from this company as they won't refund you or ship a replacement after 3 months have passed. Genuine manufacturers parts? - Don't believe it! You get what you pay for I suppose. AVOID if you want things to last.”
