My new website went live last week and I am over the moon, a huge improvement in the design and it only took a matter of weeks. Fast and effective, thank you!

DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY Charge monthly fees even when they have delivered absoloutley nothing no working website. Despite numerous promises to deliver with in 7 weeks. They have had photos for over 10 weeks still not uploaded DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY

I worked for Shopblocks for 2 and a half years. During my time there i progressed from a middle level developer to a lead developer. The challenges were hard, and sometimes the pressure was intense, but that really helped me improve. If you are looking to develop a career in development, the CEO has a lot to teach anyone, and if you can spend time with him, you will go far.

We have just had a company website re-design with Shopblocks. The design was very slick, with excellent communication within the process and fantastic customer service throughout the consultation. I would highly recommend Shopblocks

Shopblocks called me at the right time! Our orders increased during lockdown and we hit major problems. Picking sheets were a nightmare, reporting was difficult and the workflow was becoming unmanageable. The online side of the business started as an out of the box solution. We added lots of processes as we grew, which worked in the short term but created a reliance on an inefficient system that included lots of third parties, that we never really anticipated. With Shopblocks, we had the opportunity to sit down with their team and create not just an improved shop but also a process that works for us. This has been crucial as we now manage everything from within Shopblocks, which saves us time and cuts costs. If I have a problem, I just call the support number and there's always someone to help. One downside is that the wait time for a custom feature, that wasn't available, was longer than I would have liked. However, as the platform is always improving, they agreed it was a good idea and I didnt have to pay extra for this. Therefore, I can't really complain. Huge thanks to Shopblocks for all the continued assistance and improvements to our website performance.

Established business failing due to Shopblocks! After 10 years uninterrupted presence of our web shop we decided to change platform to Shopblocks. Our previous contract was due to run out in four weeks and as our shop is very simple Shopblocks assured us that they would have our new website ready. They did a quick design which was good and we approved with no changes. Then it all started to go wrong.... The deadline came and went, our old website came down and no new one was ready. Multiple emails and phone calls followed but there is no one at Shopblocks to co-ordinate the project so this was left to us to identify each issue in the new website, and then approach them through the support link to get someone (different each time) to address each issue. There were errors in all areas of the website, the agreed listing format was not reproduced, product templates were not as agreed, data was not correctly imported, images didn't display correctly, delivery rates etc were not correctly set, tax rates and prices were incorrect, simple things like a contact form was missing, no search function included, the list went on and on, every aspect of the website was flawed. We had to find each issue and then chase again and again to get it sorted......and five months later we are still doing it! We have been offline for over five months, missed out on Christmas sales and still don't have a website. We estimate our losses at over £200K! Can we get Shopblocks to finish the website? Can't even get a response form them any more, yet they are charging us monthly for absolutely nothing, just more lost business. If we had any money left we would sue them, but we are nearly finished as a business, seven people will loose their jobs, and we have no idea what to do. We will have to try to start again with another company but it may be too late now. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS Shopblocks are all marketing and no follow up, and have no real interest in providing any kind of service, they simply don't care. Beware though, they are very convincing when you talk to them....
