“Terrible I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, I’ve emailed several times in the last 3 months in hopes of them fulfilling my order of giving me a refund and I have not had any response.”
“I would not recommend. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. I made an order on August 23rd. It is now November 6th, and I have not received anything yet. I got an email on September 27th stating that the order had been shipped. The tracking has never moved past a label being created. It seems a package was never taken to the post office. I've tried to reach out multiple times via email and social media to get an update, and trying to give the benefit of the doubt to a small business. They will not respond. I've had to file a dispute with my bank at this point. I really didn't want to. All it would take is communication with an update, and I would be fine waiting a little longer. However, they won't respond and have left me no choice. Hopefully, they get things worked out, but they are not a functioning business at this time.”
“I don’t usually write reviews. However I didn’t receive my product or a response. I understand being backed up on orders but it’s been 3 months with no responses from my emails or instagram dms. An email from kiwi kompany, that I’m assuming is an auto email, asked me for a review. I’m all about supporting local owned businesses so this review is unfortunate and feels gross. Going forward I wouldn’t purchase from this company again and it sucks but I’m going to press my bank for a refund.”
“Still haven't received the shirts I ordered after emailing about them several times — and trying to message on FB and IG, too. Absolutely no response back. Not sure why I got sent an email to review the shirts. Worst online ordering experience I've ever had. Don't waste your time or money.”
“The Taylor tee is beautifully made, very creative! Clear image and colors matched to what is on the website - You don't see this style anywhere else! Owner was lovely and answered any questions I had- Just a minor caution- believe the turnaround time frame! But it was well worth the wait time !!”
