Is it illegal for a company representative to slander your name and call you a liar on a public domain? Is it also fraud to misuse the report function to only report bad reviews? What channels/who would you report this to?

Why are review sites allowing ShopTo to manipulate their platforms by removing poor reviews and leaving clearly fake reviews up. Copy any of the 'five star' reviews and google it, they are word for word identical on other sites from different users. Clearly they are creating fake users to create positive reviews. This is fraud.
