“Dissatisfied!! Plates ordered on the 13th dec, yodel had half my address to deliver them and I have never received them yet the tracking number says delivered on the 18th and signed for by me 😡 several emails to this company to tell them my full address, requesting info on where my delivery is and then that I haven’t received the plates and only one poor response. Still waiting on what they’re goin to do about it but getting the impression it’s not their problem !!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ...I’ll be pushing for a refund”

“I’ve emailed twice but no phone number to call. I paid for the fixing kit which didn’t come with plates. I’ve asked when they are going to come to I can put them on car but no reply”

“I ordered a set of plates from Show Plates direct and a set was delivered the next day. Great ...But however not the right set, they were for another customer! I emailed and asked to cancel the order but Show Plates Direct did not deign to send me even an acknowledgement! Despite a follow on email they would not even acknowledge the problem! Until they offer a physical address and a telephone number I would not recommend this company. Steve”

“Would not recommend at all, firstly sent me order incorrect by missing out the fixing pack to put my plates on, it’s been 9 working days (13 days) to send me a packet of screws and they still havnt came”

Hi David, We have chased this with the couriers and it seems you didn't provide a full delivery address and it was halted at the couriers depot, This has now been resolved, Thank you for porviding yuour full address, Please can you edit your review as this was no fault of ours. With Regards

“Plate was very good, decent quality fixing kit, too. Only slight let downs were no notification of the plate being shipped and the customer service reply to an email was poor, just two words 'address changed' in a response to an address alteration request. No Hello, Good morning, Dear so-so and no Thanks or Kind regards etc. Pitiful.”
