“I ordered my private number plate through Show Plates Direct. There are a number of them online so I was mainly driven by cost in deciding on them. When the plates arrived yesterday there was a small defect on the front number plate. So I emailed last night as I couldn't find a number to call, expecting to get a reply a few days later and be faced with an uphill struggle of getting a new plate. However, by 9 am this morning I had a reply saying that they would immediately replace the plate. In fact at no extra cost they are going to replace both front and back plates to road legal plates at no extra cost. I offered to bay for the one plate which did not have a defect to cover the cost of changing it to a road legal plate. They insisted on providing it free of charge. Brilliant customer service! Would definitely recommend.”
