“Plate was very good, decent quality fixing kit, too. Only slight let downs were no notification of the plate being shipped and the customer service reply to an email was poor, just two words 'address changed' in a response to an address alteration request. No Hello, Good morning, Dear so-so and no Thanks or Kind regards etc. Pitiful.”

“An excellent quality product with many variable options to select when determining the plate design the only reason I marked it down was the postal delivery service was not the best, the plates were meant to be delivered on a particular day between as notified by the postal/shipping company between 08:00 & 18:00 though they may be delivered after these hours between 19:30 & 21:00? An email was received on two separate days with the same information yet they arrived on the 3rd day with no notice or timing.”

“Good plates but were supplied with fixing kit by default (I did not untick the box), so paid extra for a few screws and caps. Tricky. The box should be unticked by default.”

“I ordered two plate but received only one initially. After a few e-mail exchanges I received the second plate within a few days. Although they eventually got my order right it was difficult to contact SPD by phone- the company address on the invoice is Dublin? The plate design on the website works fine but lackof contact information seems a bit dubious.”
