“We had recently had our new bathroom designed and fitted by Showermania on Gosforth High Street. An excellent service from start to finish. Vanessa and David were helpful and knowledgeable with their design plans and advice. Stuart Hindmarch the installation engineer was second to none. A true perfectionist and one of the tidiest contractors we’ve come across! Highly recommend.”

“Superb advice from Shawn and his recommendation of a good fitter to install the shower and wall panels meant the project was done quickly, looks fantastic and was stress-free. Cannot recommend too highly. Thank you for your patience and help with the vast range of choices.”

“Bought a sink unit in good faith. Looked black on the image sent, box arrived said dark blue. Opened lid, was dark blue, not taken out of box. Sunderland branch accepted back, Benton branch then refused. Explained distance selling regulations, not interested. Bathroom nearly finished and had to buy another. Then challenged a review put on Tustpilot, demanding remove as don't take payments over phone, they did, twice. Worst customer experience ever, AVOID AVOID AVIOD.”

“Have used Showermania on numerous occasions cant say enough good things about them Anthony & colleagues always very helpful, nothing too much trouble, very reasonable prices, & an excellent selection of goods wouldnt go anywhere else. Always reccommend them to family & friends.Thank you.”

“First time I have used Showermania and I cannot praise them enough. The guys on the front counter, Anthony, Shawn and Liam have been so patient with me, a lady who thinks she is a plumber but isn't! The knowledge they have of their products is outstanding. I explained what I was after and they sorted it no problem. I would highly recommend Showermania. Really helpful. It's a shame I don't need anything else but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Recent contacted Antony and his colleagues regarding what I thought was a cracked shower tray. They immediately put one on order for me for a 1 week turn-a-round. After a visit from a plumber, it was found that the tray was not indeed cracked and, when I contacted Showermania, the new tray was cancelled without any problem. Anthony and his colleagues were very helpful throughout and I would recommend Showermania to anyone! Nigel”
