If I sell an item for £140 off ebay, and I print a shutl lable from Ebay.. Then shuttle loses my item, why will they only refund £25 or £60. So I did everything correct and followed process. Delivery never even was attempted. Shutl confirm the item was lost before delivery. I think there is a conspiracy here. Shuttle knows the value of Items as its sold on eBay so .. All high value items disappear, and they issue a pathetic small claim... Somewhere is a shutl warehouse full of stolen good.. Calculating thieves they are
