“The website was really easy to use, ordering was simple and delivery prompt. In addition, I received a call to inform me that from the items I ordered, it would be best to fill the letters I had ordered first as they would take a considerable amount of helium. Signature's customer service go the 'extra mile' to help. Thank you very much for all your help.”

“The sales and service experience was brilliant. Rachael was prompt to respond and very helpful with her suggestions. The only issue was the one of the silver letter balloons had a leak and it was too late to get a new one so we were left with a deflated 'M' for the night.”

Hi Flora, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I’m so sorry to hear the M balloon was faulty; it is unusual but occasionally does happen. We understand time was tight on this occasion so there was no opportunity for us to rectify the issue ahead of the event, however, please do reply to my email of 26 Nov if there is something we can do for you in the future. “Well done Signature Balloons - your service and products are exactly what I needed and were met and provided in a very streamline process. This is not the first time that I have used Signature Balloons, and I can honestly say that they are an exceptional model for outstanding customer service, honest on their timelines and competitive on their pricing against their products.
