“Hello unfortunately the balloon was delivered with no helium which was not what was expected and not a v good gift :(”

Hi Lara. Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your balloon. We do make sure we say the balloons are flat or supplied uninflated in all the descriptions and at the top of the category pages on the website. If you haven't opened it and would like to send it back we would be happy to refund you for it.
