“Excellent customer service. Ordered helium through them between Christmas and NY for my daughters birthday and despite their office being closed for Christmas I received an email to arrange local delivery at a time to suit me. It was all delivered as they said it would be. Couldn't fault them :-)”

“Another great delivery from Signature, along with fantastic service from Internet click to phone - customer services (I needed to amend something!!) To the delivery. I've used Signature for some years now, I spotted them for a particular need and because of the service then, I've just not bothered to use anyone else. My one and only thing I'd like improved is - Halium! Please can you state which ones come flat packed and therefore need to be blown up and the associated cost with that, as it can catch you off guard. ... It did me! Merry Christmas!”

“Struggled to find where to enter promo code on website so phoned order instead. Glad I did as lady was very helpful and recommended a slight change to the products I had selected which improved my order. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Thank you.”

“Whilst I have not opened the balloons as yet as they are a Christmas gift I was happy with the prompt delivery and thought the packet of sweets attached to the thank you for your custom was a lovely gesture”
