“ So wanted to return and it's been 4 weeks of emails back and forth, Paying or return postage and tracking as well as sending proof of delivery and still they have not refunded me, and tried to offer deals etc. ”

I was told by customer service that the delivery was made. Upon checking with USPS delivery number was bogus. This company is a real RIP OFF. The USPS should do a investigation of silksilky. This company should not be able to do business in the US! ”
