“Silk Silky sent me the wrong product. I inquired if I could return it for a replacement. They said they would ship the replacement when they received the original. I returned the unused original in the packaging exactly as I received it. However,
they charged the full price for the replacement.
I have written them several times asking for a refund for the original.
They have refused to send a refund so now I am out $90.00 (for the original +shipping) as well as $70.00 for the replacement, and they have the unused original which they can sell to someone else.
This is an example of lousy business practice, and not only will I never do business with them again ,but I recommend you don't either.lynhaven”

I washed it in cold water and it shrunk like a baby shirt! $50 dollars waisted! I brought size L and usually im size M I never brought nothing that is pure garbage”

“The product is nice. It's impossible to return anything. I tried in 4 occasions to ask for a return on a nightgown and robe set with the tags attached and not worn. I only received the run around. One text claimed they would provide the return address. I never heard back from them again except for a survey asking how the customer service was. I would never purchase from this company again.”

“It's very difficult to get a response to return any products. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a return authorization. I received emails stating they're sorry that I am not happy with the product but they don't give me any address or return authorization. I suspect they are stalling so they don't have to accept the return in the alloted amount of time. The merchandise that I want to keep is very nice. I would've ordered more merchandise except they're not responding to my requests. I won't do busses with a company with poor customer service.”

“I ordered an item that wasn’t the right color. There want any info on the website about where to return to. I emailed them to get more info. They requested a picture which I sent and they still did not send me any info about returning. “Ordered silk blend white t shirt . Had to chase up order and when if finely arrived. The t shirt is poor quality and see through, very disappointing. Tried to return for refund. I would not get full refund, they offered 15% back of the price of t shirt. And that's shipping to the US at my cost. Don't buy from this company. Consumer rights don't seem to apply to them I would give 0 rating if could.”

“They lie about returns. I had to mail back my return at my cost via UPS. They first tried to tell me if I kept my pjs then they would give me a discount. The Pjs didn't fit so I didn't want them. They wanted proof that I mailed and warehouse recieved. I sent them UPS confirmation and they never got back to me. I had to call my credit card company to get the charge disputed and taken off. They are completely untrustworthy! I had written a good review earlier and now I take it all back. They kept sending me e mails from different female customer service reps--all fake I'm sure. Stay away!”
