“I’m a bit disappointed. I bought weighted mask which were not weighted at all! Secondly the packaging was all beat up. I thought each silk mask would have its own box. Nope it looks like I went to a swap meet fire sale. I can’t even gift them like I wanted to. I was looking forward to a nice silk weighted mask but it’s regular.so I’m stuck with 5 colors. Too embarrassed to gift it. Just purchase regular mask they seem o be the same. Yes I was ready to keep this as my new silk store but I like the packaging from the other. Customer service is available only by email, and responses can take up to 24 hours. When I requested to return my order, I was provided with an incorrect return address, which resulted in wasted time and unnecessary frustration. The company also does not provide a prepaid return shipping label, meaning customers have to go to the post office, pay for return shipping themselves, and handle the entire return process on their own.
For an online retailer, the return process should be simple and straightforward, especially when an item does not fit or the quality is disappointing. Instead, this experience was unnecessarily complicated, time-consuming, and inconvenient.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Both the product quality and customer service need significant improvement.”
