“Ordered silk blend white t shirt . Had to chase up order and when if finely arrived. The t shirt is poor quality and see through, very disappointing. Tried to return for refund. I would not get full refund, they offered 15% back of the price of t shirt. And that's shipping to the US at my cost. Don't buy from this company. Consumer rights don't seem to apply to them I would give 0 rating if could.”

“They lie about returns. I had to mail back my return at my cost via UPS. They first tried to tell me if I kept my pjs then they would give me a discount. The Pjs didn't fit so I didn't want them. They wanted proof that I mailed and warehouse recieved. I sent them UPS confirmation and they never got back to me. I had to call my credit card company to get the charge disputed and taken off. They are completely untrustworthy! I had written a good review earlier and now I take it all back. They kept sending me e mails from different female customer service reps--all fake I'm sure. Stay away!”

“When my order was delivered, part of it was a used, stained item. When I explained and asked to exchange that one item, I was offered a discount. When I insisted on an exchange, I was offered a larger discount. I declined and asked again to exchange it, whereupon, emails have gone unanswered. They just decided to cut communications. It's been two days now, so I filed a claim with my credit card company after reading the reviews about SilkSilky's horrible return/exchange service that seems nonexistent. Don't do it. Buy from someone else! If you did get ripped off, file a claim with your credit card company. Don't let them continue to get away with this.”

I had a very disappointing experience with Silk Silky that I feel compelled to share. After returning three items, I received confirmation of the returns, but it has now been over two weeks without any sign of my refund.
Despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email to inquire about the status of my refund, all my messages have been completely ignored. It feels incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this, and I’m starting to wonder about the legitimacy of this company.
If you’re considering making a purchase from Silk Silky, I strongly advise against it. The lack of communication and support is alarming, and I can't shake the feeling that they may be scamming customers.
Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!”
“I would give a zero if I could. I contacted them a couple days ago to return two cami/short items as the fit was funky. They would only refund 15% of total purchase or 30% if I wanted to do an exchange. Insane! Do not purchase from them.”

“I ordered a silk cap from Silk Silky 2nd April 2025. By 11th June, no cap. Lots of back and forth on email. They blamed the courier service saying I didn't put the right address, I proved twice that I DID put the correct address. I submitted a complaint through Klarna, Silk Silky reversed this saying it was my fault, it was NOT my fault. None of the information I provided was incorrect. I paid for a hat I never received. If this company is not a scam then it's certainly not a company to buy from. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They offered me the most pathetic compensation. Not even a full refund. HORRENDOUS.”
