I would give zero if I could. Ordered a pyjama months ago. Recieved a completely wrong item and let myself get talked into sending the wrong item back with the promise of getting the post fee refunded. Here I am, months later, without the original item, nor the wrong item nor my money back or refund of the posting fee (from Switzerland to the US). A complete fraud. The company refuses to pay me back my original order or give me an address to direct legal documents from a lawyer…

I would never buy from this company again. I recently had breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. I bought a chemise that I thought would have a neckline to cover my scars; it did not. As a consequence, I reached out to make a return. First, it is not an easy process like most stores. They don’t just give you an address to return things. You have to email with them where they try to convince you not to return the item. I told them I had a brand new piece of merchandise with all the tags still in it, and they sent me through the wringer trying to prevent me from returning it. After several emails back and forth, they finally offered me a discount coupon. The return policy and process are so restrictive that I would not do business with them again. Further, I thought they displayed an utter lack of compassion and humanity around the rationale for my return.

As The behaviour from this company is shocking, they sell poor quality inferior products and act unlawfully. Ordering from them was a huge mistake. I ordered two items, a camisole and a skirt, the camisole sent was the wrong colour and had a mark on the front of it, the skirt had loose threads all over it and was very badly made, the zip was twice as long as the opening so there was unused zip just hanging down inside the skirt, preventing it from fitting properly. I contacted the company and they did not want me to return them, instead they offered a 30% refund instead (which I refused), it took four emails from me for them the accept the return and then they refused to pay the return postage. I explained that under uk consumer legislation that they are liable for the return costs of faulty/incorrect items, they offered a voucher for money off further purchases; obviously I will never order from there again so I refused this. After a further four emails they agreed to refund the postage via PayPal. I return the items (at a cost of £4.99) and they have had them back for over two weeks. I have not received a refund for the items or for the postage. I have sent more than 20 emails to this company and am £80 out of pocket. They always reply (usually quickly to emails) apologising profusely and saying that they will escalate but nothing has materialised. Please, please don’t shop from here and avoid the awful (and stressful) experience I have had. I am going to have to make a claim through the court to get my money back and will be reporting to Trading Standards. Order number UK222299641

I purchased the casual midi a month ago and haven’t received it. No one is taking responsibility or doing anything about it even though I have proof it wasn’t delivered. The card that was left in the letterbox from the delivery guy states he dropped it off at a place that doesn’t exist for me to pick it up. Even though I rang the courier and scanned the card as proof, and did the same for this company, I have not had a refund, or been sent another replacement. Meanwhile they hold the money I paid for it. I would be very wary about buying anything from Silk Silky

The quality of the clothing was so bad, like SO BAD I was Shocked. No big deal, just return it, right? No response, at all. This company is a scam. Save your money.

Customer service is a joke, one person will answer, but then 5-6 will respond so you never get the same person. They give you the runaround, will delay because they are in China and a different timezone, and then you end up explaining again and again because you never get the same person. Size charts are incorrect and exchanges are impossible, waited 6 weeks for my purchase just for it to be the wrong size. Sent the return and they sat on it for 2 weeks before I had to reach out and question where my refund is. Spend more and buy from a reputable seller, the set I purchased didn't even feel like silk! It was closer to satin!

I order a scarf for my mother at Mother’s day. It came defective and won’t be able to give it to her. I wanted to return it and be reimbursed. NOT…..SILKYSILKY is just offering me a 10% off my next order. Never again !!!!!

Pillowcases with zipper I purchased silk pillowcases with zippers and after one year, washing them by hand, with a special olive oil cleanser and air dry, pillowcases ripped from where the zipper is. Sadly SilkySilk stated is not under the warranty period so I lost my money. May be getting envelope closure will be a better option. I have some from other companies and after 4 years they still in great conditions. I tried to add photos but the system says could not upload at this time ☹️

I ordered something on April 11 haven’t received the merchandise decided to order on the 15th haven’t received the merchandise order on the 20th. Haven’t received the merchandise ordered on April 22. Haven’t received the merchandise and they took money from my credit card. I’m very disappointed and I will not recommend this company at all. I’ve not gotten any email saying it’s on its way or anytime.

Ordered night cap and a pajama vest and top set. The top is a very wide cut and did not like the night cap. So wanted to return and it's been 4 weeks of emails back and forth, Paying or return postage and tracking as well as sending proof of delivery and still they have not refunded me, and tried to offer deals etc. The items have not been worn and all security tags attached etc. Then say that caps cannot be returned at all and once received their warehouse has to still check them. Very stressful experience, so beware, you not gonna be able to return or get a refund with this company!!

I ordered silk pyjamas for a 50th birthday present on 15th March expecting them before the 25th March. They never turned up. I emailed on 28th and received a reply saying holidays and disruptive weather delayed the parcel and to wait 5 - 8 days after the shipping date which was 17th March! 1st April I emailed saying still undelivered and tracking message unchanged and asked for a refund. Tues 3rd April support replied saying they would send another package. I answered immediately informing I just wanted a refund. Reply on 03/04 was an apology and the promise of a refund within the next few business days. 12/04 still no refund, they replied to my query saying they would need to investigate if the package was lost and that the refund would take some time. I replied complaining this was not what was said to me previously and you got back to me again apologising and saying that I would be refunded within the next few working days. Your email 14/4 apologised again stating refund would be repaid within 1-3 business days. 18/04 I emailed no refund received. Your reply, refund request currently under review. Your email 18/04 my refund request had been escalated to management team to expedite my refund after I pointed out that several times I had been told I would be refunded within a certain timescale. By this time I thought I had lost my money and in desperation I said that I had no option but to contact Trading Standards. This seemed to do the trick and I was emailed with a refund. I will never use this company again and will never recommend. The whole experience was very stressful and so disappointing.

I ordered sheets from Silk Silky and ended up returning them (at my own expense). Despite following all return instructions, I only received half of my refund. The other half? Gone. They continue to respond to emails under different names, claiming they’re “checking with the warehouse” over and over again. But nothing ever happens. It’s been over 4 months now. Bottom line: you won’t see your money again. Dishonest and unprofessional, scam company. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute joke of a company, sent out the wrong product which I immediately informed them of. They wanted me to post back to USA out of my own pocket. After 2 weeks and about 10 different customer service reps (which I think are all the same person) I finally got them to reimburse me for the product and the postage money as well. Would never buy from again.

Sizing is no where near accurate. I got the largest size short they had (XXXL) and it fit like a M. Exchange policy takes forever and you have to pay for your own shipping to return.

DO NOT BUY. The customer service is highly responsive but exchanges and returns, while are allowed within 30 days, demand a $43 fee. Egregious. DO NOT BUY. Their sizing runs small.

I ordered the size above. The sizing was all wrong. Be careful what you order. They wouldn't let me return the items. I paid a lot for them and the shipping was ridiculous. I am very disappointed in this product. Consider to not order.
