They asked for photos and I sent them to them then they said to send it back but I had to pay postage and bring it to the post office they have no return postage they give you an address to send it to It was delivered 10 days ago and yet they never gave a refund. “I would strongly advise against buying from Silky Silky. Their sizing is completely inaccurate. I’m normally a size 10 and was gifted a large, yet it fits more like a size 6 at best. I physically cannot wear it.
The fabric quality is also extremely poor — very thin, cheap-feeling, and honestly questionable as to whether it’s even genuine Mulberry silk as advertised.
The whole operation feels incredibly misleading. They present themselves as an Australian brand, but it appears to be a Chinese drop-shipping business operating behind an Australian-looking website. Very dodgy and not transparent at all.
For the price they charge, the quality is unacceptable. You would genuinely get a better product on Temu for a quarter of the price.
Do not waste your money.”
“Quality and stitching is of chinese quality but for local or good quality pricing. I would recommend not to buy from here. They models look great but after your garment has had one wash cycle it'll be falling apart, shrinking and have irreversible creases forever.”

Incorrect sizing, definitely not 100% mulberry silk it’s cheap tat in my opinion. Challenging return system, inconsistent sizing and extremely poor stitching and quality. Made in China with no uk phone number they use uk distribution centres. You will have to pay for your costly return and they insist on refunding you the postage through PayPal only. They will only refund you once you involve your bank. The worst company I have ever been involved with. Please avoid the photographs are nothing like what actually arrives.”
“I ordered from SilkSilky for a wedding, trusting their professional image, but it has been a nightmare. They use EcoScooting in Spain, a carrier that is a complete joke.
They attempted delivery at a business office (with a receptionist available all day) on a Sunday and then on Monday at 8:20 PM. Obviously, the office was closed. Instead of fixing it, their customer service sends automated emails saying my package might be "destroyed" if I don't fix it myself.
To make it worse, their tracking bot is now lying to me: yesterday it said "no more delivery attempts possible" and today it says "good news, it's assigned" with a smiley face, while the real tracking hasn't moved in 24 hours.
I have opened a PayPal dispute and I will NOT close it until I have a full refund. If you need your items for a specific date or event, STAY AWAY. Their logistics are a lottery and they don't take responsibility for their carriers' incompetence.”
“Return process is very poor requiring multiple emails. I suggest disputing charge on credit card from the start. Otherwise you will end up in a "customer Service" email loop designed to exhaust you.”

So I ordered some silk pajamas as gift for my wife. Pajamas were far too small so attempted to return. No free returns (ok, it says so on the website), but several issues:
1. I requested return on 11 Jan 2026. Didn't get a reply until 20 Jan after chasing them.
2. When requesting a return, you get challenged for a reason before they provide a return address. Strange.
3. Even though I requested a return, I was offered 4 options
Solution A: If you prefer not to spend the time and effort returning the item, you may keep it and receive a new one in your preferred size at an affordable price.
Solution B: If you’d like to exchange, you can also send the original back to our overseas warehouse for exchange—we always put your experience first.
Solution C: If you’d rather not exchange, we can offer a partial refund of 15% or 30% cash coupon of the item which you wanna keep.
Solution D: Of course, if you prefer, you are always welcome to return it for a full refund.
4. Eventually given a returns number and an address. No phone number.
Package was sent from Norway to Germany, at my expense, on 24 January. Package remained "in transit" until it was returned to me on 5 March - not accepted.
My struggle continues, but I am not hopeful about getting my money back.”
“Do NOT buy anything from SilkySilky. Their sizes are off and you CANNOT return. First bad sign, they do not post their return instructions. After multiple emails over several weeks, SilkySilky finally provided an address and instructions. The items were returned and USPS confirmed the delivery. NO refund, crickets, ghosted.”
“I ordered two sets of pajamas for Christmas. I needed an exchange, which they were totally okay with and returned the items according to their instructions. They forgot about my order, one month later, I reminded them I didn’t get my package. They then proceeded to ship me my order in two separate packages, the latter of which came 4 days later. 1) They forgot about my order, 2) they told me the orders were shipped together via the tracking order, 3) I got the packages separately. When I asked for a refund, they told me to send the packages back. Customer service had a pleasant tone, but I was met with incompetence at every stage of this process. 2 months later, I finally have my items, but expect emails with nice tones, but absolutely no ability to get anything done.”

They are a scam and the products don’t seem legit either, I have been buying legit silk for years and theirs seems cheaper. Also they have very poor sewing. “It's been over 3 weeks and I have not got my order. They issued a shipping label but never actually sent the order. I emailed them about 15 times and I still have not received my order. “Some of the pajama sets are nice quality and others feel cheap. It seems they buy from various manufacturers so quality is inconsistent.
Two stars are taken away because their return process is awful. They make returns as difficult as possible.
You have to email them no less than four times and then go through all sorts of efforts to force you to keep what you already said you don't want.
Then you'll finally- about two weeks after asking- get an email with several warnings about not getting your refund if one detail is missed- literally designed to increase their chances of keeping your money.
I'll never buy from them again and suggest you avoid SilkySilk and buy from a reputable store that has more respect for their customers.”

“It is the worst company I’ve ever come across. I would give a -1 star, if I could. I ordered a pair of pj pants at the beginning of November. I ordered size small, they sent me size large and refused to give me a refund. Instead I had to pay for shipping to send them back, in order to get my correct size. Now, it’s been two weeks after they received my refund package, yet I still don’t have any idea when they’ll ship my correct size which I paid for.
It’s so frustrating!!”
“Silk Silky sent me the wrong product. I inquired if I could return it for a replacement. They said they would ship the replacement when they received the original. I returned the unused original in the packaging exactly as I received it. However,
they charged the full price for the replacement.
I have written them several times asking for a refund for the original.
They have refused to send a refund so now I am out $90.00 (for the original +shipping) as well as $70.00 for the replacement, and they have the unused original which they can sell to someone else.
This is an example of lousy business practice, and not only will I never do business with them again ,but I recommend you don't either.lynhaven”
