“I would never buy from this company again. I recently had breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. I bought a chemise that I thought would have a neckline to cover my scars; it did not. As a consequence, I reached out to make a return. First, it is not an easy process like most stores. They don’t just give you an address to return things. You have to email with them where they try to convince you not to return the item. I told them I had a brand new piece of merchandise with all the tags still in it, and they sent me through the wringer trying to prevent me from returning it. After several emails back and forth, they finally offered me a discount coupon. The return policy and process are so restrictive that I would not do business with them again. Further, I thought they displayed an utter lack of compassion and humanity around the rationale for my return.”

They are very deceptive about sizing. I bought 3 for Christmas gifts and they are all useless because our hair grows past our ears. I’m not sure what to do with them because their customer service is appalling. I’d love to exchange them. Of course they cheap quality, but that’s what you get for the price.”
