After multiple emails over several weeks, SilkySilky finally provided an address and instructions. The items were returned and USPS confirmed the delivery. NO refund, crickets, ghosted.”

“It is the worst company I’ve ever come across. I would give a -1 star, if I could. I ordered a pair of pj pants at the beginning of November. I ordered size small, they sent me size large and refused to give me a refund. Instead I had to pay for shipping to send them back, in order to get my correct size. Now, it’s been two weeks after they received my refund package, yet I still don’t have any idea when they’ll ship my correct size which I paid for.

I received emails stating they're sorry that I am not happy with the product but they don't give me any address or return authorization.
