"Customer service is a joke, one person will answer, but then 5-6 will respond so you never get the same person. They give you the runaround, will delay because they are in China and a different timezone, and then you end up explaining again and again because you never get the same person. Size charts are incorrect and exchanges are impossible, waited 6 weeks for my purchase just for it to be the wrong size. Sent the return and they sat on it for 2 weeks before I had to reach out and question where my refund is. Spend more and buy from a reputable seller, the set I purchased didn't even feel like silk! It was closer to satin!"

"Wish I had researched reviews before dropping $300 on accessories for gifts during a site sale. I bought sleep sets that come with a pillow case, head wrap, scrunchie and eye mask. It took over 3 weeks for them to post out, despite stating 6-9 business days. My email questioning this went unanswered, they arrived today all thrown in the same box loosely (not separated or in sets, quality is questionable\u2026 seems light but textured like satin. I\u2019ve compared to some other silks I have and there is a noticeable difference. Won\u2019t be surprised when these fall apart unfortunately. "I bought two cowl neck tops, both size small. One was a good fit, the other was a totally different shape and size. Returning is at buyers expense. From Australia cheapest post is $38.65. For a top bought for $88 its not worth it. Lesson learned, read reviews first from a company not associated with Amazon."

When I contacted the company they told me I had all the colours I had ordered except for one and that they were simply jumbled up. I asked for them to send the missing colour and got the absolute run-around. They kept insisting I accept a discount coupon for a future purchase. I explained that after my experience I would not be buying anything else. Eventually they agreed to send the missing scrunchy although it never turned up."
