“The order that I placed and paid for has been stuck in their delivery system since Dec. 13. I have written to customer service three times and have gotten the same useless answer each time, telling me to have patience. Package not wrapped PROPERLY, only in cardboard and paper.
Courier did not notify us of the delivery and left the package out in the rain just a metre away from an under cover verandah. Packaging is destroyed and garments are soaking wet. Attempted to dry garments in doors on a coat hanger and the garment is very wrinkled. This was intended to be a gift for my wife.
I realise that this situation is largely due to the couriers negligence however silksilky could have prevented damage to the product by wrapping the item properly to prevent water ingress. Also the use of Australia Post would have seen the item arrive in good condition.
Really disappointed, had ordered this well in time for Christmas and now I will not be able to get this item to my wife.

Do not recommend dealing with this company. Lack of professionalism, courtesy and common sense. Modern day ethics, take the money send the item and no care or concern after that.”

Wohl dass man 1. auf den Kosten der Bestellung (130 EUR) sitzen bleibt, 2. dem Unternehmen nochmal Geld in den Rachen schiebt, 3. "Rückgabeverhandlungen" nur über vorher erfolgte Mail, dann gibt´s vielleicht eine Rcüksendeadresse - bislang stellt man sich aber quer.

“Warning! This is not a legitimate store! The quality sucks. Both pants I ordered fell apart after 2 months, no warranty offered!!!! Silk pants from another manufacturer have lasted for years with the same use and care.
After half a year of huge stress and AI as customer service a ridiculous refund of 10 euros. A refund of the pants or the purchase price was refused. Definitely not worth the purchase!”
“I bought some products from the them (to Austria) and half year later I received an invoice with an additional 50% of the original price that I had to pay for the customs fee. If you are buying from them, expect that an additional 50% can be charged as the product comes from China.
As I've was told, these fees can be charged within 5 years of the purchase (due o customs inspections).
Their customer service is responsive, but provided no practical help.”
“I am currently having a really bad experience with this company. On 18th November I bought goods worth £339 by mistake. I immediately emailed them and asked them to cancel the order. They were prompt at responding and telling me it was cancelled and that i would receive my refund. However, I am
still waiting on my refund. I have sent several emails regarding this issue and have been told on 25th there was a technical issue and would expedite the refund and I should see it in my account within 48hrs. This was not true, it didn’t happen. I then received an email saying that the refund has been processed and can take up to 10 days. I am currently in the process of contacting my local trading standards office. I have done this because i have asked the to raise an official complaint. They are not replying to me at all. This is very concerning! Please be aware of this company.”
“Wish I had researched reviews before dropping $300 on accessories for gifts during a site sale. I bought sleep sets that come with a pillow case, head wrap, scrunchie and eye mask. It took over 3 weeks for them to post out, despite stating 6-9 business days. My email questioning this went unanswered, they arrived today all thrown in the same box loosely (not separated or in sets, quality is questionable… seems light but textured like satin. I’ve compared to some other silks I have and there is a noticeable difference. Won’t be surprised when these fall apart unfortunately. I won’t bother buying from SilkSilky again 😪”
“I bought two cowl neck tops, both size small. One was a good fit, the other was a totally different shape and size. Returning is at buyers expense. From Australia cheapest post is $38.65. For a top bought for $88 its not worth it. Lesson learned, read reviews first from a company not associated with Amazon.”
“Silksilky is terrible. I received a pair of their pajamas for my birthday this weekend. I weigh 163 lbs and am 5’10. The XL is too tight across the chest and the waistband even though the size guide suggests that a large would fit. I asked customer service to allow me to exchange for a different, looser style and I was willing to pay any difference. They wouldn’t honor my request even though the gift insert says they will help process the exchange because the gift giver allegedly bought the pajamas more than 30 days ago. Obviously this is not something I have control over and it doesn’t matter because they are still selling the exact same in-stock item. What a waste of money and honestly between the sizing issue, pricing and customer service, the company feels like a scam.”
“Horrible company,I have spent several hundred dollars from this Silk Silky.They are dishonest,I bought a silk camisole for a wedding gift.I have bought several camisoles and they had the tag with my size in it.When I recieved the gift for a wedding the tag was cut ou.It was either used and sent back.So I contacted them.They try to tell me they cut the tags out of the size since it is in “Chinese” that is not true.All of my camisoles have the size in it.I couldn’t use this for a wedding gift because the size fit like a small and my friend wore a extra large.They offered me 12% off another order.They are a scam company with not quality silk.The seam came apart on my night gown I purchased.Do not waste your money on this Silk Silky company.I am so discusted because I wanted some silk pajamas and camisoles for my birthday.My husband gave me the money to buy myself these cheap and shotty silk camisoles and pajamas and night gowns”
