“I ordered a medium, my usual size and found I was send something so small a child could not have worn it. Wanting to return it was a complete nightmare. I still do not have clear instructions on how to do that after many communications with what I think might be a robot.”

It has been almost two months , 20 emails, sending in a video of the item and still no refund or address to send it. They offered half money back and to keep the product. “Wrong advertisement, sizes are much smaller and I doubt very much that it's actual silk. Returning is a big hassle and they make you settle for other options like a coupon for your next shopping on their site, which you will not want.”

“Awful company. They do not provide free returns. I bought my wife silk pajamas for Christmas. The bottoms did not fit. I asked the company for an exchange. They gave me two options pay for another pair of bottoms or pay for pay to return the item. I chose the latter because the first was ridiculous. I sent the package by recorded delivery and it was lost in the post. The post office will not cover the cost of the goods and only paid a tiny amount of compensation. I notified SilkySilk and rather than reimburse me as a matter of goodwill they offered a 20% discount on future items. Shocking, they do not put the customer first.”

Delivery took 3 times longer than advertised and too late for my wife's birthday.
Sizing is WAY WAY too small. I was offered a deal on sending another item. I kept being told the replacement had been sent, but tracking showed it had not. Every time I emailed them, "Oh yes, we will send it now" They Lied.
I sent back the first item - Easy Returns they say!
I had to send it from Australia back to USA at 3 times the cost of local delivery.
Over 40 emails to finally get my money back. They wanted my PayPal account to refund my Postage. I said No as I don't trust them.”

It is impossible to track returns and the process is shrouded in secrecy. To even get a return address was a struggle. I am still waiting for a refund and kicking myself for falling for this scam.
