“Have been ordering on line with many companies over the years and this is THE WORST company i have ever dealt with from a service perspective. They give you no option to speak with anyone. They write the most polite emails known to man, but make it almost impossible to get an exchange, even when you do everything perfectly the way they request it to be done. It took me over 5 months of over 20 emails, and even threatening a law suit, for them to finally send me the exchange product. Horrible, horrible company. Hoping like crazy they go out of business.”

“My score for them would be zero as well. I returned the merchandise. It was beautiful. It just didn’t fit me in the bust. I received credit for the pajamas and I’m still waiting for credit for the night shirt. It has been MONTHS. I sent photographs I took of the merchandise before I packed it up, unworn, tags on. I sent them the return receipt from the post office. The package was received by them in March. The items were both in the same package. They refunded my money from the pajamas but not the night shirt. I guess they misplaced the night shirt because I’ve never received a refund. Again, sent in the same package. Terrible. Terrible customer service. Their clothes are beautiful but, do not buy from this company. You will be sorry. This has been a truly awful and time consuming experience.

“Awful, awful, awful. Still waiting for a refund. I sent rhe item back priority mail and have confirmation that it’s been delivered. They now want me to send a picture proving it was delivered. I told them the US post office doesn’t take photos. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my money back?”
“My score for them would be zero if I could. This was one of the worst return experiences I’ve ever had. Unlike most normal stores, they don’t give you a simple return label or even a QR code. Instead, they send you a random warehouse address and expect you to pay out of pocket for return shipping, which can cost just as much as the item itself. And of course, they conveniently never mention this anywhere on their website.
You’re forced to email them just to initiate a return, and then they bombard you with messages trying to talk you out of it. I told them I had a brand new, unused item with tags still on it, and they still made me jump through hoops. After several frustrating emails, all they accept my return.
Their return policy is deliberately difficult, shady, and manipulative. It’s clear they make the process hard on purpose to avoid accepting returns. After this experience, I’ll never shop with them again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do either.”

Recieved a completely wrong item and let myself get talked into sending the wrong item back with the promise of getting the post fee refunded. Here I am, months later, without the original item, nor the wrong item nor my money back or refund of the posting fee (from Switzerland to the US). A complete fraud. “I would never buy from this company again. I recently had breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. I bought a chemise that I thought would have a neckline to cover my scars; it did not. As a consequence, I reached out to make a return. First, it is not an easy process like most stores. They don’t just give you an address to return things. You have to email with them where they try to convince you not to return the item. I told them I had a brand new piece of merchandise with all the tags still in it, and they sent me through the wringer trying to prevent me from returning it. After several emails back and forth, they finally offered me a discount coupon. The return policy and process are so restrictive that I would not do business with them again. Further, I thought they displayed an utter lack of compassion and humanity around the rationale for my return.”

The behaviour from this company is shocking, they sell poor quality inferior products and act unlawfully. Ordering from them was a huge mistake. I ordered two items, a camisole and a skirt, the camisole sent was the wrong colour and had a mark on the front of it, the skirt had loose threads all over it and was very badly made, the zip was twice as long as the opening so there was unused zip just hanging down inside the skirt, preventing it from fitting properly. I contacted the company and they did not want me to return them, instead they offered a 30% refund instead (which I refused), it took four emails from me for them the accept the return and then they refused to pay the return postage. I explained that under uk consumer legislation that they are liable for the return costs of faulty/incorrect items, they offered a voucher for money off further purchases; obviously I will never order from there again so I refused this. After a further four emails they agreed to refund the postage via PayPal. I return the items (at a cost of £4.99) and they have had them back for over two weeks. I have not received a refund for the items or for the postage. I have sent more than 20 emails to this company and am £80 out of pocket. They always reply (usually quickly to emails) apologising profusely and saying that they will escalate but nothing has materialised. Please, please don’t shop from here and avoid the awful (and stressful) experience I have had. I am going to have to make a claim through the court to get my money back and will be reporting to Trading Standards. Order number UK222299641”
“I purchased the casual midi a month ago and haven’t received it. No one is taking responsibility or doing anything about it even though I have proof it wasn’t delivered. The card that was left in the letterbox from the delivery guy states he dropped it off at a place that doesn’t exist for me to pick it up. Even though I rang the courier and scanned the card as proof, and did the same for this company, I have not had a refund, or been sent another replacement. Meanwhile they hold the money I paid for it. I would be very wary about buying anything from Silk Silky”

“Customer service is a joke, one person will answer, but then 5-6 will respond so you never get the same person. They give you the runaround, will delay because they are in China and a different timezone, and then you end up explaining again and again because you never get the same person. Size charts are incorrect and exchanges are impossible, waited 6 weeks for my purchase just for it to be the wrong size. Sent the return and they sat on it for 2 weeks before I had to reach out and question where my refund is. Spend more and buy from a reputable seller, the set I purchased didn't even feel like silk! It was closer to satin!”

“Pillowcases with zipper
I purchased silk pillowcases with zippers and after one year, washing them by hand, with a special olive oil cleanser and air dry, pillowcases ripped from where the zipper is. Sadly SilkySilk stated is not under the warranty period so I lost my money. May be getting envelope closure will be a better option. I have some from other companies and after 4 years they still in great conditions. I tried to add photos but the system says could not upload at this time ☹️”
