My score for them would be zero as well. I returned the merchandise. It was beautiful. It just didn’t fit me in the bust. I received credit for the pajamas and I’m still waiting for credit for the night shirt. It has been MONTHS. I sent photographs I took of the merchandise before I packed it up, unworn, tags on. I sent them the return receipt from the post office. The package was received by them in March. The items were both in the same package. They refunded my money from the pajamas but not the night shirt. I guess they misplaced the night shirt because I’ve never received a refund. Again, sent in the same package. Terrible. Terrible customer service. Their clothes are beautiful but, do not buy from this company. You will be sorry. This has been a truly awful and time consuming experience. I was unable to upload photos .
