Avoid this company. Overpriced and extremely poor customer service. I ordered two sets of scrunchies (ombré). The sets I received bore no relation to what I had ordered. When I contacted the company they told me I had all the colours I had ordered except for one and that they were simply jumbled up. I asked for them to send the missing colour and got the absolute run-around. They kept insisting I accept a discount coupon for a future purchase. I explained that after my experience I would not be buying anything else. Eventually they agreed to send the missing scrunchy although it never turned up.
