Quality is shocking. My nightgown ripped after a month. Customer service refused to refund me or provide me with a credit.

I ordered something on April 11 haven’t received the merchandise decided to order on the 15th haven’t received the merchandise order on the 20th. Haven’t received the merchandise ordered on April 22. Haven’t received the merchandise and they took money from my credit card. I’m very disappointed and I will not recommend this company at all. I’ve not gotten any email saying it’s on its way or anytime.

Ordered night cap and a pajama vest and top set. The top is a very wide cut and did not like the night cap. So wanted to return and it's been 4 weeks of emails back and forth, Paying or return postage and tracking as well as sending proof of delivery and still they have not refunded me, and tried to offer deals etc. The items have not been worn and all security tags attached etc. Then say that caps cannot be returned at all and once received their warehouse has to still check them. Very stressful experience, so beware, you not gonna be able to return or get a refund with this company!!

I ordered silk pyjamas for a 50th birthday present on 15th March expecting them before the 25th March. They never turned up. I emailed on 28th and received a reply saying holidays and disruptive weather delayed the parcel and to wait 5 - 8 days after the shipping date which was 17th March! 1st April I emailed saying still undelivered and tracking message unchanged and asked for a refund. Tues 3rd April support replied saying they would send another package. I answered immediately informing I just wanted a refund. Reply on 03/04 was an apology and the promise of a refund within the next few business days. 12/04 still no refund, they replied to my query saying they would need to investigate if the package was lost and that the refund would take some time. I replied complaining this was not what was said to me previously and you got back to me again apologising and saying that I would be refunded within the next few working days. Your email 14/4 apologised again stating refund would be repaid within 1-3 business days. 18/04 I emailed no refund received. Your reply, refund request currently under review. Your email 18/04 my refund request had been escalated to management team to expedite my refund after I pointed out that several times I had been told I would be refunded within a certain timescale. By this time I thought I had lost my money and in desperation I said that I had no option but to contact Trading Standards. This seemed to do the trick and I was emailed with a refund. I will never use this company again and will never recommend. The whole experience was very stressful and so disappointing.

I ordered sheets from Silk Silky and ended up returning them (at my own expense). Despite following all return instructions, I only received half of my refund. The other half? Gone. They continue to respond to emails under different names, claiming they’re “checking with the warehouse” over and over again. But nothing ever happens. It’s been over 4 months now. Bottom line: you won’t see your money again. Dishonest and unprofessional, scam company. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute joke of a company, sent out the wrong product which I immediately informed them of. They wanted me to post back to USA out of my own pocket. After 2 weeks and about 10 different customer service reps (which I think are all the same person) I finally got them to reimburse me for the product and the postage money as well. Would never buy from again.

Sizing is no where near accurate. I got the largest size short they had (XXXL) and it fit like a M. Exchange policy takes forever and you have to pay for your own shipping to return.

DO NOT BUY. The customer service is highly responsive but exchanges and returns, while are allowed within 30 days, demand a $43 fee. Egregious. DO NOT BUY. Their sizing runs small.

I ordered the size above. The sizing was all wrong. Be careful what you order. They wouldn't let me return the items. I paid a lot for them and the shipping was ridiculous. I am very disappointed in this product. Consider to not order.

They have me the wrong shipping company. I used the tracking number to change my shipping address right after ordering but the correct company didn't get the address change. I told them and they just stopped responding. Now I am out 128 dollars.

Returned an item which they confirm was received a month ago. I keep getting told it will take 3-5 business days to process. Still no replacement has been sent.

Impossible to return - the address given for the return is a a company in ga. I am writing to them that I am willing to drive my return to their ware house. I got no no reply. From them for this option . My product is intact and the quality is not as described by them.

Buyer beware. Product is not as advertised and their return process is a runaround. Been 6 weeks since our return was accepted and still no credit. Multiple email “people” with different names will contact you with promises and no progress. Save yourself the hassle.

What a joke. Items were badly fitting so I returned them. 1) They don't provide free returns. I had to pay to DHL the items back to them - Ok fair enough I suppose. At least I'll get my money back and only be out of pocket for the DHL cost. 2) After sending the items back, it took 5 weeks and 15 emails to get them to finally process the refund. Every single time I emailed I got the generic we are checking and will do it in "2 business days" response. They operate like this hoping you'll eventually forget and then they won't have to refund you. Its intentional and calculated. Absolutely pathetic thief like behaviour.

I bought because the description said "made in the USA" from Colorado. The bonnet arrived today with "Made in China" on the box. Super deceptive.

I have only purchased from this vendor once. However, I will never purchase from them again! I have been trying to return the items that did not fit me for an extended period of time. They simply refused to provide me with a shipping label. The so-called easy returns that they advertise are not really that easy after all. They will send you email after email asking for information as to the items that you are returning. And at one point those emails will become so redundant that you will lose your cool. After providing the order number and specific name of the items being returned, you will be continuously asked what items you’re returning, why you’re returning those items, send pictures of the items that you are returning. In sum, do not buy from this vendor unless you know for a fact that items you’re purchasing will actually fit you. I am not providing any feedback in terms of the quality of the items I received as it is not applicable in the specific instance.

I returned the silk pajama set which arrived AFTER Christmas. Service is polite, but evasive. Nothing is resolved. Difficult to return and now that they have the item, all I get are sweet words and NO action. Do not order from this company!

This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had to where I haven’t been given my refund. I’ve given you proof there is no dispute. I’ve been lied to saying my refund would be given in 48 hours and yet that has yet to happen.
