“The returns policy of this company is woeful. I purchased a garment for my wife at Christmas. Of course it was over 39 days before she tried it! The sizing is not realistic. They refused a refund. I will not be using or recommending this company again. Customer has to pay for the return!”

They don’t respond to emails in a timely fashion, they keep dragging things out until it’s past the time you could return. “This is my second order from your company and I'm never ordering from it again. Your reviews and your ratings are less than two. Your sizings are off for America, And your return policies are terrible and difficult. By the time I finally got a return ticket, which simply gives me your return address, from your company I had already passed a 30 day limit so I was stuck with a $300 order that I could not return. To add insult to injury, I have to pay for the returns.

1. There is not a phone number listed on website.
2. The return policy excludes sale items; ALL items are on sale, so you will be unable to return the expensive items. Per their website: SilkSilky provides a generous 30-day return policy. Shop confidently with our hassle-free return and exchange process. Your satisfaction is our priority. They do not disclose the exception to their "policy".
3. In fine print, it is noted that items are "Asian sizing" which means everything is smaller and therefore unfitting to most American individuals.
4. I regret that my boyfriend spent so much money on what he thought was quality, only to be basically professionally robbed; unable to receive a refund.

“I bought a set of "Australian Standard" pillow cases. When they arrived I found that they don't fit because they are actually USA Standard Size (which is different).
Despite claiming "Easy Returns" on their website, the return process is anything but easy. The return is at my expense because "it's a change of mind return" and the return address is in the USA, which requires expensive International shipping.
I bought the pillow cases because I wanted to actually buy some pyjamas but first I wanted to test out the company. I'm really glad I did. If you buy anything that might need to be returned then you're in for a really bad time. Avoid these folks.”
