“When my order was delivered, part of it was a used, stained item. When I explained and asked to exchange that one item, I was offered a discount. When I insisted on an exchange, I was offered a larger discount. I declined and asked again to exchange it, whereupon, emails have gone unanswered. They just decided to cut communications. It's been two days now, so I filed a claim with my credit card company after reading the reviews about SilkSilky's horrible return/exchange service that seems nonexistent. Don't do it. Buy from someone else! If you did get ripped off, file a claim with your credit card company. Don't let them continue to get away with this.”

I had a very disappointing experience with Silk Silky that I feel compelled to share. After returning three items, I received confirmation of the returns, but it has now been over two weeks without any sign of my refund.
Despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email to inquire about the status of my refund, all my messages have been completely ignored. It feels incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this, and I’m starting to wonder about the legitimacy of this company.
If you’re considering making a purchase from Silk Silky, I strongly advise against it. The lack of communication and support is alarming, and I can't shake the feeling that they may be scamming customers.
Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!”
“I would give a zero if I could. I contacted them a couple days ago to return two cami/short items as the fit was funky. They would only refund 15% of total purchase or 30% if I wanted to do an exchange. Insane! Do not purchase from them.”

“I ordered a silk cap from Silk Silky 2nd April 2025. By 11th June, no cap. Lots of back and forth on email. They blamed the courier service saying I didn't put the right address, I proved twice that I DID put the correct address. I submitted a complaint through Klarna, Silk Silky reversed this saying it was my fault, it was NOT my fault. None of the information I provided was incorrect. I paid for a hat I never received. If this company is not a scam then it's certainly not a company to buy from. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They offered me the most pathetic compensation. Not even a full refund. HORRENDOUS.”

“I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing anything. Very poor customer service. Make sure to check the return policy(certain items can't be returned even if not used. The care of silk is terrible, though they say nothing of this on their site. It's supposed to be cooling, definitely not that. and if you do/can return something, customer is responsible for shipping! I've never had that from other online companies!

“Have been ordering on line with many companies over the years and this is THE WORST company i have ever dealt with from a service perspective. They give you no option to speak with anyone. They write the most polite emails known to man, but make it almost impossible to get an exchange, even when you do everything perfectly the way they request it to be done. It took me over 5 months of over 20 emails, and even threatening a law suit, for them to finally send me the exchange product. Horrible, horrible company. Hoping like crazy they go out of business.”

“My score for them would be zero as well. I returned the merchandise. It was beautiful. It just didn’t fit me in the bust. I received credit for the pajamas and I’m still waiting for credit for the night shirt. It has been MONTHS. I sent photographs I took of the merchandise before I packed it up, unworn, tags on. I sent them the return receipt from the post office. The package was received by them in March. The items were both in the same package. They refunded my money from the pajamas but not the night shirt. I guess they misplaced the night shirt because I’ve never received a refund. Again, sent in the same package. Terrible. Terrible customer service. Their clothes are beautiful but, do not buy from this company. You will be sorry. This has been a truly awful and time consuming experience.

“Awful, awful, awful. Still waiting for a refund. I sent rhe item back priority mail and have confirmation that it’s been delivered. They now want me to send a picture proving it was delivered. I told them the US post office doesn’t take photos. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my money back?”
“My score for them would be zero if I could. This was one of the worst return experiences I’ve ever had. Unlike most normal stores, they don’t give you a simple return label or even a QR code. Instead, they send you a random warehouse address and expect you to pay out of pocket for return shipping, which can cost just as much as the item itself. And of course, they conveniently never mention this anywhere on their website.
You’re forced to email them just to initiate a return, and then they bombard you with messages trying to talk you out of it. I told them I had a brand new, unused item with tags still on it, and they still made me jump through hoops. After several frustrating emails, all they accept my return.
Their return policy is deliberately difficult, shady, and manipulative. It’s clear they make the process hard on purpose to avoid accepting returns. After this experience, I’ll never shop with them again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do either.”
