I ordered a silk cap from Silk Silky 2nd April 2025. By 11th June, no cap. Lots of back and forth on email. They blamed the courier service saying I didn't put the right address, I proved twice that I DID put the correct address. I submitted a complaint through Klarna, Silk Silky reversed this saying it was my fault, it was NOT my fault. None of the information I provided was incorrect. I paid for a hat I never received. If this company is not a scam then it's certainly not a company to buy from. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They offered me the most pathetic compensation. Not even a full refund. HORRENDOUS.
