My score for them would be zero if I could. This was one of the worst return experiences I’ve ever had. Unlike most normal stores, they don’t give you a simple return label or even a QR code. Instead, they send you a random warehouse address and expect you to pay out of pocket for return shipping, which can cost just as much as the item itself. And of course, they conveniently never mention this anywhere on their website. You’re forced to email them just to initiate a return, and then they bombard you with messages trying to talk you out of it. I told them I had a brand new, unused item with tags still on it, and they still made me jump through hoops. After several frustrating emails, all they accept my return. Their return policy is deliberately difficult, shady, and manipulative. It’s clear they make the process hard on purpose to avoid accepting returns. After this experience, I’ll never shop with them again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do either.
