Have been ordering on line with many companies over the years and this is THE WORST company i have ever dealt with from a service perspective. They give you no option to speak with anyone. They write the most polite emails known to man, but make it almost impossible to get an exchange, even when you do everything perfectly the way they request it to be done. It took me over 5 months of over 20 emails, and even threatening a law suit, for them to finally send me the exchange product. Horrible, horrible company. Hoping like crazy they go out of business.
