After returning three items, I received confirmation of the returns, but it has now been over two weeks without any sign of my refund.

Appalling customer service. The returns process is deliberately impossible. These people need to be investigated.

DO NOT BUY. The customer service is highly responsive but exchanges and returns, while are allowed within 30 days, demand a $43 fee. Egregious. DO NOT BUY. Their sizing runs small.

I sent back the first item - Easy Returns they say! I had to send it from Australia back to USA at 3 times the cost of local delivery.

If I can give less than one star, I would have done. This is a scam. Please do not buy from this company. Sizing is wrong and the return process is nothing short of a robbery. It is impossible to track returns and the process is shrouded in secrecy. To even get a return address was a struggle. I am still waiting for a refund and kicking myself for falling for this scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The returns policy of this company is woeful. I purchased a garment for my wife at Christmas. Of course it was over 39 days before she tried it! The sizing is not realistic. They refused a refund. I will not be using or recommending this company again. Customer has to pay for the return!
