“My niece purchased a top level Silvercross pram 15 months ago which developed a lowering action failure whilst preparing to load it into her car. Unfortunately proof of purchase documents had disappeared so I appealed to Silvercross for help...and I got it, bigtime! Several questions were asked by Silvercross over a over a six day period and pictures were sent.
They not only traced the order but advise they would send a replacement chassis by their carrier DPD who gave a one hour slot for delivery and collection of the broken chassis. Can't thank both Silvercross and DPD enough for first class service.
Would certainly recommend, Five Star.
