“I ordered, and received one of their mattresses advertised on TV. Delivery was a problem(although this was no fault of Simba themselves). The problem was with thr courier company that Simba use for deliveries.They were inflexible with their delivery slots,and you could not reson with them.
Unfortunately, the mattress did not suit me(you have to accept that items may not suit everyone.
However, Simba honoured their 100 day no quibble return, and they arranged for the mattress to be collected within 3 days. It made a change to deal with a Company who were honest and reliable.”
