“l am an 18 year old adult living on her own. I have a full time job and I pay all my own bills. I don't have much money so it's hard for me to find birth control and I am on Medicaid. I signed up at simple health because it said they would be a cheap and easy way to get birth control. At checkout after filling everything out, it said I would pay $20. After my order was placed however, I was charged $126. I am extremely outraged and no one in the company has returned any of my messages and emails. I can not be charged $126 when I am already in a difficult living situation. There is absolutely no cancel button anywhere on their site. I immediately tried to contact them as soon as I saw the price tag but they just continued processing my order anyway. Great website if you want to pay $126 for birth control, I guess. I wish I was kidding. Maybe I'll change my review if they actually get in contact with me and take my money back. I can't even put this review on their actual reviews . io page.”
