Contacted them and eventually managed to get my money back.
However, they want the same ID to remove my data?!

“Basically I have opened my account with Simplex just for emergency use. Well emergency just happen to me and I had to sell some of my crypto to buy my child medicine ASAP. Before I sold it I was told that as soon as system will detect transaction the money will be credited to my account and I will be able to use my Simplex card for purchase. So I have sold my crypto for 465 Euro. And that will be it.... money has not been credited to my account. When I reach tech support all I can hear is that they do not have specific time to when this will be looked at.... It's been way over 24h since I'm waiting for my funds to arrive not mentioning that I had to borrow money to buy my child medicine because of them. I don't know what game they are playing but this is definitely last time I've ever used them. I just want my money back and that it closing this stupid account.”
