“I needed an O-ring, knowing nothing other than my guess of the correct diameter and contacted Simply Bearings after an online search. An incredibly knowledgeable and patient interrogation by a member of the Sales Department finally identified the correct material and I placed my order for the princely sum of about £5. The O-ring was too small. Twice afterwards Simply Bearings changed the item until trial and error produced the correct specification. This was all done efficiently and with a smile. I'm taking the trouble to write this because the customer-care experience was one of the best you could ever imagine. All for a £5 O-ring! If only more companies would take a leaf out of Simply Bearings' book.”

“I found them easy and pleasant to deal with, even after I inadvertently ordered the incorrect V belt and had to return it. The replacement arrived promptly and the balance of payment adjusted without problem. One surprise was that afterwards I received a number of emails asking if I wanted to "accept their quote" which was odd considering I hadn't requested one! Not sure how that happened, presumably someone getting confused somewhere but it didn't cause a problem.”

“Great customer service happens when an error is made and corrected with efficiency. But when I ordered the wrong drive belt, Simply Bearings could not have been more helpful to find one that would fit and exchanging it with a small refund! That’s brilliant customer service. Thanks”

“Have used Simply Bearings a couple of times now - both responses were great. The 27B fan belt bought recently was quickly and efficiently despatched and arrived next day delivery. The belt, a tin of belt spray, next-day delivery and VAT came in at a similar cost for the belt only from a leading Morris Minor specialist. (It was for a 1952 'mm'). My telephone enquiry was answered most positively by the receptionist who took my call. Friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. Thank you”
