Easy to navigate website and good range of bearings. I find the moderately high one size fits all postage offputting. I rather feel that these internet companies that put my local shop out of business, who don't have the cost of a shop, should cover their own postal charges.

NOT UP TO YOUR NORMAL STANDARDS. ALL THE ITEMS WHERE NOT IN STOCK AS YOUR WEB SITE SAID THEY WAS. SO WHEN THE ITEMS CAME THE BOX,S OF BEARINGS WHERE ALL READY OPENED AND THE M6 X .75 P GRUB SCREWS WHERE MISSING FROM 3 OFF THE BEARINGS 6 IN TOTAL.

i needed a seal so having bought one two years ago knew simply bearings had what i needed i bought one however it had doubled in price! £5 to £10 (only a small seal as well approx 3cmx 3cm) this increase in price ,amongst increases in everything to do with motorcycle restoration has made me stop doing it anymore after over 40 years

As you mentioned, costs have increased across most businesses since 2021. Whilst we try to remain as competitive as possible, increasing our prices is sometimes the only option. I've used simply bearings a number times since finding them some years ago.I needed some roller chain and a bronze bush for a vintage Ransomes mower I'm restoring. These days I can usually find my requirements on their website which I did this time except the bronze bush which was listed with an availability issue requiring me to call them which I did this last Wednesday morning.I spoke to a member of the sales team regarding the Bush which was available as a higher quality item , and also ordered the chain at the same time. The chapI spoke to was extremely helpful,he knew his stuff and found my items on his computer very quickly and accurately.I chose the standard of delivery and completed the order. Finally , he said the order would be processed and despatched that afternoon , this was around 11 30 am, imagine my surprise when I received a text from the courier early the following morning prior to delivery !! Over the years I've always had excellent service from Simply bearings , this was just fantastic , well done I always amazed how quick delivery can be from one end of the country right down to the south coast ( Sussex ) overnight, very efficient thank you Simply bearings

Always friendly and patient when I have rung for advice. Orders are dealt with and delivered in a timely fashion. One thing I would like to see improved is their 'off the shelf' website, which is similar to several other bearing sellers. This website is really frustrating. When you need to check bearing details, there is no good way of comparing details of similar bearings side by side You have to navigate out and refilter then go into the next bearing's details and write it all down. Needs improvement!

I bought some Enduro bottom bracket bearings and a puller I have not been able to fit the bearings as the puller was useless. I’m sure the bearings will be fine and I have ordered a different make of puller. Please take the Enduro cheap puller off sale as it is absolute tat and we shouldn’t waste resources on it.

I cannot see any issues from the previous 12 months with this part so I can assure you this is an isolated incident. Have had issues with delivery, Also asked about a credit account months ago and no one has come back to us , would probably buy more from simply bearings if we had a account and persum that would help make simply bearings more competitive against our current bearing suppliers .

Did not appreciate being unable to purchase bearings whilst on phone had to wait for quote to find that the bearings were now 50% more expensive

Excellent service, quick turnaround Unfortunately the quality of the item purchased was very poor and has lasted a month or so, The original belt lasted 6 years

They were brilliant at helping me with the measurements of a second belt that fitted ace but have phoned twice and messaged once trying to return the first belt !? Still stuck with it otherwise I would have been absolutely over the moon

The bearing arrived promptly and was good value. I found that the actual steel bearing part became loosened from the cast iron piece surrounding the bearing, making the whole thing a bit wobbly when attached to a revolving wooden plate. This wasn't vital in the use I wanted but it would have been no good in many circumstances.
