“The front wheel Bearing on my wife`s Wheelchair had collapsed; I did not have a clue where I could get one urgently (this was a Friday afternoon, bank holiday on the Monday) and we were due to go on holiday the following week. Came across Simply Bearings on the internet, rang them up and gave the young lady the approximate sizes of the collapsed Bearing. She was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Within minutes, she had found the replacement bearings, and they were packed and in the post for next day delivery. They came Saturday morning, and were a direct replacement for the collapsed bearings (I had decided to replace the four) Holiday back on again! Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but THANK YOU young lady. Extremely pleased with the product, and service received.”

“To find an exact replacement parts was hard to find. Genuine Honda part was 110 pounds and this one was the exact one and the only one I could find for 13 pounds. So really happy”
