“This is definitely not a complaint! It took 3 attempts for me to get the right chain. First attempt was my fault as I ordered the wrong item. Second was theirs, sent a single instead of duplex chain. However, on both occasions they accepted the items back and resent very quickly, the process was painless! On the second occasion they assured me they were taking remedial action to ensure no recurrence. Am impressed with the quality of the goods and the price and the after sales service. Have already placed another order with them.”
