“The delivery service was very good , however the link i clicked on said X2 for the item ( s) ) i ordered which i thought good value , when the parcel arrived only one item was sent . I did go back to the link and it still says X2 . This is not such good value so lesson learned !”

Regarding the item EH503 Grass Strimmer Spool and Cord/Line 1.5mm - 2x5m, I want to clarify that the "X2" refers to the two separate cords included in the spool, each 5 meters long. “It was a very good service and next day delivery. I had a problem with my bearings one was no the right size. They had trouble matching what I wanted so I phoned them up, told them the problem. They sent me another set still wrong. I got back if touch with them and sent both sets back. I eventually got my money back but it cost the return postage, I think if you give the right information, and they get the order wrong, they should pay for the return. Apart from that it was OK.”
