“this company in my opinion is the essence of an excellant,well run, well stocked, efficient supplier.it has an excellant easy to use web site and a choice of quality in some cases,all in all a pleasure to buy from.i might also add their prices are very hard to beat and postage etc very prompt .i speak having been in engineering and auto engineering some fifty years”

“Terrific customer service. I returned a bearing ring (in casing?) which unfortunately didn’t fit my push scooter. Customer service rang me to ask if there was any way to get the correct part, since I made a mistake by assuming it was the right size. Not many companies consider a follow-up to a return. Thank you , highly recommend.”

“Very good service, item arrived promptly, which I had to return because I had ordered the wrong size, returned for refund which was paid promptly and in full and replacement item arrived promptly, could not fault the service, very good indeed, no problems at all, I would highly recommend.”
