Hello Jason, First off, I want to express my gratitude for your willingness to share your thoughts on the recent purchase you made with us. Your openness and detailed feedback are truly valued. After reviewing the conversation between you and Billie Annabeth, the recommendation for our carrier services came as a response to your need for the belts within a 4-working-day timeframe, given our free shipping option spans 2-7 days. We were fortunate that Royal Mail managed to deliver your package the next working day under the free shipping option. Regarding the Belt dressing spray, it is our standard practice to suggest this product with every V-Belt purchase. This recommendation is made with the intent of enhancing the belt's grip and performance, thereby extending its lifespan. I've applied a note to your account to indicate that you prefer not to include this supplementary product in your future orders. If there's anything more you'd like to discuss or if you have further questions, please feel free to contact me directly at 01942 269837. Warmest regards, Danny
