“On-line payment system failed dismally. However staff answering the phone were courteous, helpful and dispelled concerns. Subsequent delivery was as ordered and in a timely manner.”

“Easy to understand website and good range. Bearing has no manufacturer stated on it so not sure of its longevity. There did not appear to be an option to buy a different quality bearing of this size. However, bearing is in a low speed usage and I am sure it will last. Ordered on Thursday 1st Class and invoice showed Royal Mail pickup on Friday. Telephone call stated that it would not be picked until the Monday. Did not get them until the Wednesday. Be aware that 1st Class is not overnight unless you order towards the beginning of the week or pick one of the more expensive delivery options.”

“Received the V-belts a day later than hoped for but, they were good quality, fitted and only 25% of what the plant maker wanted for his 'genuine' spare parts. and his would have taken 10-14 days from Germany !”
