Hi Kevin, I am so sorry for the trouble you encountered with your most recent order. I've tried to call you this morning but the number you registered with us is incorrect. Our technical advisor Billie has sent you an email with our plans on how we can rectify this issue as soon as possible. As a loyal customer, I'm sure you will agree that this isn't the usual way we operate at Simply Bearings. Please can you reply to Billie's email or feel free to give us a call at your earliest convenience on 01942 269837. Kind Regards Danny

“A leak had developed at the base of our mixer tap spout swivel. Having removed the spout I was able to measure the diameter of the replacement O rings needed to make the joint watertight again. I ordrered these different size O rings from Simply Bearings after 5pm and they were despatched that day and arrived here by first class post by 10am the next morning, amazing service.”
