“Always friendly and patient when I have rung for advice. Orders are dealt with and delivered in a timely fashion. One thing I would like to see improved is their 'off the shelf' website, which is similar to several other bearing sellers. This website is really frustrating. When you need to check bearing details, there is no good way of comparing details of similar bearings side by side You have to navigate out and refilter then go into the next bearing's details and write it all down. Needs improvement!”

“I got what I ordered without issue. Double-wrapped which I guess helps prevent losing items (Otherwise it would have been a lot(500) of loose items). No issues with quality, packaging or delivery, so with nothing to improve, 5-star review.”
