“It might have have been an "abnormal postcode" but they still got here next mornning oil seals ordered 11 am in the morning, came in next days post I'am approx 550miles from SB in the north of Scotland, all correct and ready to fit my vintage Austin gearbox. Well done guys and gals !”

“Every person at Simply Bearings Group whom I had contact with over a somewhat tricky and prolonged process of identification of the correct sized drive belt for my lawn tractor was incredibly helpful as well as patient. Even though there were a few wrong steps en route to get the right sized belt this was not the fault of Simply Bearings Group (but instead an incorrect parts manual produced by the manufacturer of the mower). Interestingly everyone - outside Simply Bearings Group - to whom I spoke to about the belt saga said how helpful SBG always are - clearly your very good customer service is appreciated by lots of people.”

“Bits kept falling out of my favorite screw/bit driver, but with a semi guess at (lost ball bearing) size, was able to buy small quantity of the correct size detent ball bearing. Next day delivery. Thank you.”
